Diesel Mechanic
Benefits:
Our mechanics make between $25 - $45 per hour based on diesel mechanic experience
Company-provided diesel mechanic uniforms
Paid diesel technician training is offered to mechanics with basic mechanical skills
100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees only
Benefits begin for employees on the 1st of the month
401k with up to a 5% match
3% Safe Harbor contribution to employee's 401k regardless of whether you contribute or not
$50 cell phone reimbursement per management approval
Temperature-controlled shop
120 hours of PTO at the start of employment with a max accrual of 240 hours
Diesel Mechanic Requirements:
Diesel mechanic must have a valid driver's license
Mechanic must have your own tools
Diesel Mechanic must be able to pass a drug test and fit for duty physical
Preferred formal mechanic training in working with diesel equipment/heavy equipment/farm equipment
We prefer to have mechanics with 6 months to a year of previous diesel mechanic experience
All diesel mechanics with at least 6 months of experience will be considered, but your pay is based on mechanical experience with heavy-duty/farm equipment
