Your positionThe international EMEA Regional Customer Support Center is responsible for technical and application customer service for diagnostic analysis systems and reagents.
As an Application Specialist in the field of pathology / tissue diagnostics (m/f/d), you are the direct contact person for application-related inquiries from our sales representatives as well as from our customers (by phone or in writing).
In this function you lead complex complaint cases to a sustainable solution.
Thereby you guarantee a result-oriented and first-class service for our customers.
In addition, the following exciting tasks are part of your field of work:
You will be responsible for error detection and correction as well as advanced complaint management.
This includes handling complex complaints, also in cooperation with second level support, including communication with customers and colleagues.
You initiate possible measures from recurring complaints.
You document the services provided in a CRM system and thus make an important contribution to increasing service quality.
You will conduct Roche system training for customers and employees based on predefined concepts and documentation.
You generate information for customers and employees and ensure the transfer of information and knowledge via defined information channels.
You support product updates and launches and monitor process and product quality using key figures.
If necessary, you will support our technical application specialists during on-site customer visits.
Who you are:
You bring a Bachelor's/Master's degree in chemical engineering or natural sciences (e.

biology, chemistry, medicine).
Alternatively, you have completed training as a medical technical assistant with several years of professional experience.

You have already gained 3 years of work experience in medical technology as a service employee in the area of sales / marketing or in a managerial position in the laboratory.
You have experience in the field of digital pathology / tissue diagnostics.
You have good application knowledge as well as knowledge in the use of diagnostic systems and quality assurance and bring in-depth knowledge of indication and analytics in laboratory medicine.
You have a sound basic knowledge of IT and knowledge in the use of company software (e.

MS Office) as well as documentation systems (CRM).
